The Opportunity
- Focused on the support and automation of application systems and clustering component configuration, so you will need to have strong experience with shell scripting (Powershell or similar language) - and automation/orchestration tools, including terraform, chef/ansible.
- You will provide establishment of ongoing support for the Cloud environment.
- Troubleshoot, work with customers, and provide solutions to system problems.
- Participate in and lead departmental and projects.
- Investigate and recommend cloud related solutions.
- You will use Microsoft Azure services to support the infrastructure and applications:
- Design, build, and maintain systems in a Azure cloud DevOps environment supporting the software solution deployed for the customers.
- Create and maintain cloud formation scripts automating manual processes and generating deployment pipelines.
- Provide ongoing support of the hybrid server environment.
- Deploy the release of new technologies and perform installations, upgrades, testing, and maintenance of environmental software in multiple server and multiple network operating system environments.
- Work with automation and user staff to implement new client/server applications.
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Your Background
- 2 or more years of experience in related field
- Experience in Microsoft Azure
- Scripting languages (PowerShell and Terraform is also preferable)
- Security compliance for enterprise software systems Certifications/Licenses
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner - AWS Certified DevOps Administrator or Azure counterpart
