The Chosen individual will have the following responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, testing and activation of effective, data-driven online and mobile advertising across key Company's marketing product areas and initiatives
- Define, evaluate and improve creative production processes, managing creative production requests and project priorities.
- Lead projects and creative production efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Directly add technical and creative value to projects, while providing frequent creative leadership to make the work better as it moves from strategy into execution.
- Support your working team with timing expectations required to move projects forward.
- Innovate with new digital creative formats and media technologies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Min 5+ years of experience in creative activation working in the digital creative space (agency or client side).
- Should have a digital mindset - understand APIs , data driven creatives and should be able to run automation projects.
- Should have strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Work with limited guidance.
