The Opportunity
This role will be part of the Asia Retail Banking team which is a key pillar of our client's consumer franchise in the region. The APAC Retail Banking team establishes the framework and approach to ensure alignment around core execution pillars, helps foster communication and best practice sharing, and drives efficiencies in operating model across the region. One of the core objectives of the team is to drive client engagement strategy with well-established strategy to engage client with personalized content cross multiple touchpoints.

This role requires a combination of project management and business analysis skills. You will be part of the team to develop and implement a content-led engagement strategy for Wealth clients. You must have a strong client-centric mindset while keeping business objectives and drivers in mind. You will help drive a personalization strategy to deliver the right content to the right client at the right time based on the client's persona, preferences, and behavior. You will collaborate with key stakeholders from cross-functional teams to execute multiple tasks concurrently and deliver the above objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and work with cross-functional teams to ensure design and experience of solutions meet business requirements and will deliver client-centric objectives
  • Ensure tech BoW progresses as committed, and that all processes are adhered to by relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with digital marketing colleagues to build out client communication and engagement plan and content calendars
  • Work with in-country stakeholders on implementation: by prioritizing and refining business use cases, and ensuring controls and compliance
  • Coordinate inter-team dependencies and risks
  • Organize data insights into actionable plans to continually improve the content user experience and drive client engagement

Your Background

  • Degree holder
  • Has 5 years of relevant experience in consumer banking with a good understanding of customer experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both discussions and presentations
  • Proven experience with managing projects related to product builds in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent at establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships
  • Understanding of industry best practices on content-led engagement strategy
  • Experience in content development, publishing, distribution
  • Exposure to business and data analysis
  • Strategic thinking: able to see the big picture and connect the dots
  • Well-organized, is detail oriented, and with the ability to multi-task
  • Hands-on approach with high level of self-motivation
  • Demonstrates a sense of responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
