The Opportunity
As a Data Master Resource Solution Consultant, you will:
1. Implement DMR Solution for rollout and implementations:
- Conduct user requirements study.
- Perform fit/gap analysis.
- Design solutions.
- Create blueprint and functional specifications.
- Configure and test systems.
- Perform data migration.
- Work with Technical team to complete development.
- Conduct user training.
- Conduct and support UAT.
- Knowledge transfer from Project to Support team members.
- Resolve issues and maintain system documentation.
2. Be on top of DMR Solution Operation Issue and Change request handling:
- Feasibility study and solution design.
- Functional specification & configuration.
- Testing, User Training & UAT.
- Resolve issues and maintain system documentation.
Your Background
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of SAP MM & SD modules.
- Strong knowledge in Model, Vendor and Customer Master processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation skills using MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well with all levels and with a determination to help meet customer needs.
- Independent, resourceful and strong sense of ownership.
- Strong communication skills.
- Degree holder / equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in SAP Support Operation, for MM & SD modules and with minimum 2 complete SAP MM or SD implementation.
- Experience in ECC 6.0 EHP
