The Opportunity
The L&D Development Specialist will provide necessary support, including needs assessment, design, development and delivery of learning initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafts and improves content for learning workshops
- Facilitates feedback sessions on L&D workshop effectiveness
- Drives effective project management in all projects and participates actively and can knowledgeably articulate status of projects/ interactions
- Uploads assets into the LMS or other learning tools
- Reports to L&D Manager as to progress and effectiveness of training and learning initiatives
Your Background
- Has 3-5 years of work experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to collaborate and work with stakeholders and partners
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong facilitation and training skills
- Knowledgeable on Train-the-Trainer concepts
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Proficient with various LMS, CMS and learning tools
