The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a suitable candidate to be part of the fast and dynamic environment with a small team. You will need to have strong observation skill, like to explorer new products and mobile technology. You will be task to maintain the lab day to day operation equipment to ensure minimum operation disruption.
As a Lab Technical Specialist (Test Technician), your role will:
- Support printer setup, PC setup and troubleshooting if any issue.
- Ensure all printer and PC is in working condition at all time.
- Product hands on testing (include documents, photo taking, OOBE, etc)
- prepare test report for engineer.
- Video editing (knowing is advantage, else will learn from pier)
- Support team project (brainstorming/propose new project/others)
Your Background
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Good command in English, in written and verbal, knowledge of any other languages is a plus
- Team player, like to explore new things and learning is part of daily work
- Knowledge of Windows OS
- Good technical troubleshooting skill (PC/Printer) and good observation skill
- Need to know (LAN) Network knowledge. Knowledge of WAN/Mobile networking is advantageous
