Responsibilities

  • To use digital marketing to drive acquisition and usage of postpaid mobile services (Mobile plans/Mobile VAS & Apps)
  • To be able to analyse the current digital campaign statistics across social, digital and SEM to achieve higher click-throughs and conversions.
  • Analyze conversion funnel and work with online sales team to optimize performance and ensure conversion targets are met.
  • Analyze and monitor inbound site traffic; identify trends and opportunities to grow traffic and revenue opportunities
  • To keep abreast of digital marketing tracking trends and implement tools to track the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns.
  • To develop through-the-line communication that is data-driven and segment-focused with accountability on the effectiveness and efficiency of the communications
  • Work closely with media agency to deliver against the targeted media splits
  • To develop effective segment marketing and communication strategies by working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to understand the product/ service and recommend a suitable Go-To-Market communications plan.
  • To work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal customer experience for products as well as the digital touchpoints.
  • To work closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Social Media and Sales teams to ensure that campaigns are in synergy with the wider marcomms plan
  • To manage allocated marketing budgets for various campaigns and activities.



The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • At least a Degree in Marketing and Communication with 2-4 years' experience, in fast-paced marketing environment, either in marketing agency or corporate environment, and ideally with experience in consumer business.
  • Intermediate knowledge in performance marketing and with past digital media experience to lead the conversation with digital media agencies, to drive higher awareness and conversions for the products.
  • Strong marketing, analytical and promotion skills
  • Good presentation and good interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solver, result-driven and highly motivated individual with positive disposition and energy, resilience in the face of negative sentiment
  • Effectively bilingual and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
