As one of the largest Technology and Digital Media Advertising platform, this US MNC is hiring a contract Marketing Project Coordinator to join their team for 3.5 months contract. As part of the APAC Team, you will be monitoring program plans on ASANA. We need a resourceful and independent Project Coordinator to support the team in regional marketing programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Project Coordinator, you will review programs and draft reports for leaders
- Documenting of reports and progress on ASANA
- Provide update on programs agenda and documenting of key updates and risk on logs
- Ensure timeliness program delivery by managing strong stakeholders relationship
- Coordinate with various business units both internal and external parties to ensure seamless operations process
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management within Marketing, Advertising or similar field
- Prior experience in marketing/media agency, technology, IT, Internet industry will be a huge plus
- Strong knowledge in Google drive and familiar with project management tools such as ASANA
- Exceptional communications and project management skills, ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines
- Keen to commit for 3.5 months
