The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with iOS and Android mobile enrolment in Intune EMM, instructions of enrolment would be provided
- Direct interaction with technical and non-technical users
- Capture required logs and raise ticket with Microsoft support with continuous follow up of the incident tickets
- Escalate issues and daily status reporting to the project owner
Your Background
- Diploma in IT/Engineering or related
- Candidate should be familiar with iOS and Android Mobile OS ecosystem
- Intune or other Enterprise Mobility Management/MDM experience will be an advantage but not mandatory
- Customer-centric attitude and desire to help others
- Good communication skills
