Partner Operation Support

  • 12 months contract

The Opportunity

Co-ordination Support

  • Send weekly reminder/ follow up email for pending cases on invoices relating to PC/ FC/ MDF/ DPFR to Partners
  • Partner onboarding
    • Liaise with prospective Partner to understand the nature of business & Partner information before routing to Channel Sales Manager to support.
    • Manage Partners onboarding end to end process
    • Update T2 Contract onboarding status to stakeholder monthly
  • Liaise with Partners for vendor setup or update/ change relating to Partner's information like bank details, address in VARS and S4 systems
  • Company Rescreening exercise
    • Trigger E-termination email to Partners if the Partner fails company's rescreening exercise
    • Weekly follow up email to Partners and update the report to the stakeholders on the status
  • Grouping activities: to instruct Data team to create Partner Pro-IDs for the missing data
  • Quarterly Partner Experience Survey: Remind Partners (Call/ Email) to participate in Partner Experience Survey for T1 and T2 during the survey window
  • Logging Tech Direct tickets for all transformation projects on behalf of Partners and maintain a tracker for all tickets logged (issues faced by Partners)

Administrative support

  • Acknowledgment receipt of received invoices and upload into company's sharepoint
  • Update and maintain Global Pricing Replica nomination list for EAM/ ISR monthly
  • Partner Contract termination: Print out and follow up e-signatory with Partners

Reporting

  • Maintain & update
    • Partner Master Tracker every quarter
    • Partner Rescreening status report every quarter
    • Daily E-mail tracker for Pakistan

Training to Partner

  • Establish refresher training with Partners relating to transformation projects (during first 3 months of project launch)

Your Background

  • Minimum 3 - 4 years relevant experience
  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering or Mathematics background
  • Proficient in excel
  • Basic Powerpoint skills
  • Effective communication with Partners and internal stakeholders
  • Effective problem solving capabilities
  • Work independently and exercise initiative
  • Ensure timely follow up
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Must be Agile and flexible. Enjoy working in fast pace environment
