The Opportunity
- Project manage large-scale, complex marketing programs. This includes planning and managing timelines for assigned projects, running project meetings (set up, agenda, follow ups) and working closely with marketing managers and cross functional partners (including producer and agencies) to ensure all project deliverables are shipped on time. Responsibilities also include managing and maintaining list of creative assets to be delivered to media, running testing (e.g. ad preview testing, microsite testing) and budget management (raising and tracking POs) for projects
- Organize post-mortem analysis of program with an eye to improve processes and ways of working
- Moreover, facilitate positive relationships between teams, moving process forward, finding and securing resources, building and owning schedules, raising concerns to appropriate owners early, resolving open issues that prevent progress
- Be a champion of internal tools and processes that will help promote better integration, efficiencies, and effectiveness;
Your Background
- Minimally 10 years of relevant project management experience, preferably at an agency, studio or in-house marketing department
- Excellent communication skills; ability to have open, and at times, hard conversations
- Experience building cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations across global, regional and local stakeholders;
- Experience or knowledge in the production of events, campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other marketing materials (digital and traditional);
- Experience partnering with digital and media teams to deliver on complex marketing programs;
- Experience managing budgets and vendors;
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practice
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
