Here's an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our growing team. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore office.
Sourcing:
- Proactive sourcing of appropriate candidates for open roles
- Develop and execute candidate-generation strategies using all available recruiting tools
- Build diverse candidate pipelines
- Identify, build relationships with and recruit passive external candidates
Qualifying Candidates:
- Follow Peoplebank's processes and best practices for selecting the most suitable candidates for our clients' requirements
- Have a thorough understanding of the current market and apply that knowledge when qualifying and pre-screening candidates
- Support multiple requirements at a given time
- Manage candidate expectations well throughout the recruitment process
Database Integrity:
- Maintaining updated information on database, adherence to standards and process
Brand Awareness:
- Promote Peoplebank as an industry leading specialist recruitment provider at all points of candidate contact
Your Background
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in a recruitment role
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work across multiple roles at the same time
- Quick to learn and keen to details
- Business development experience will be a huge plus.
