Our client, a locally-listed technology solutions provider with strong growth plans in the pipeline is seeking a Regional Sales Director who will be focused on managing the regional sales teams of 16 to drive revenue growth within existing clients and bringing in new logos.
About the job
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to ensure growth and profitability
- Identify growth opportunities and increase sales through existing clientele base, stakeholder management and conversion of new customers
- Manage and mentor sales teams to execute solid business plans
- Achieve business objectives through the delivery of budgeted results and optimization of company resources
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with external parties such as business partners to optimize efficiency of business operations and new business growth.
- Develop and articulate key differentiators and messages to targeted markets
- You will have 10 years plus creating successful sales in either IT services or infrastructure sales, with a minimum of 5 years' people manager experience
- You will bring strong commercial and leadership experience with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated track record in mentoring and developing high performance sales teams
- A strong leader, you will set the vision and bring the team on a journey to success!
- Able to problem solve, you will have a strong commercial approach to solve clients needs.
