The Opportunity
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Act as technical point of contact between clients and internal business units
- Able to articulate complex concepts and communicate to individual with varying degrees of knowledge from technical experts to firm partners
- Understand underlying technology and security practices and protocols
- Able to articulate system architecture and define specifications and solutions for custom requests and integrations
- Oversee implementation of technical solutions where required for both prospects and customers
Your Background
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or technical discipline in etc. IT/Computer Science/Engineering
- Candidate with a couple of years of technical experience, who is looking to gain experience in a non-coding based role, also excited to speak to customers occasionally & looking to deploy problem-solving skills on more practical scenarios
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Some form of basic scripting knowledge is good enough as this is not a full stack development role
- Ability to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment whilst delivering to deadlines
- Practical experience with developing or supporting web-based applications and related technologies is desirable, but not essential
