The Opportunity

  • Improve relationship with customer to understand in a better way their network to provide quicker and more effective results to their requests.
  • Customer-specific designated support at network level.
  • Possess detailed knowledge of customer network, critical sites, operating procedures as agreed upon with customer.
  • Established rapport with customer personnel.
  • Escalation support for critical network outages and complex network issues.
  • Established Technical Relationship to support customer network operations.
  • On-site visits.
  • Able to assist in maintenance window coverage.
  • Regular scheduled review of open Service Requests working with company's engineer to achieve a faster resolution.
  • Holistic technical management of recurring network problems.
  • Enhanced service delivery capability through broad understanding of customer's operational needs and
  • integration with assigned company's services team.
  • Improve communication with other functional groups within Technical Services and Sales team to focus on customer success.
Your Background
  • 5 years of wireless project and/or support experience in enterprise or service provider segment
  • Hands-on in Cisco Wireless and Prime infrastructure technologies
  • Strong on traditional L2/L3 networking knowledge, which is a major part of the day to day support. Strong Campus and DC networking, such as Nexus 7K, 5K
  • Must be very familiar with HW architecture of Cisco Routing and Switching platform such as Catalyst 6500,
  • Nexus family of switches, in SW features, vPC, VDC, BGP, OSPF, Multicast L2 and L3.
  • Strong DC/ACI knowledge will be a plus, and needs to be a quick learner.
  • Decent knowledge on VxLAN,Cisco DNA, Cisco SD-WAN
  • Strong Operation experience
  • Able to manage troubleshooting effectively and serve as a technical advisor to clients
  • Possess strong communication and client facing skills
  • Able to work on operational issues 24x7 during severity 1/2 cases
  • Preferably with CCIE certification (Wireless, R&S)
