This is a 6-months contract role, where we are looking for a senior Client Servicing Manager with exceptional client servicing and relationship management skills and strong knowledge of financial business such as security services to join this team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a seasoned Client Servicing Manager, you will apply your in-depth knowledge and expertise in custody banking (security services, fund services, internet banking) to existing and new clients
- Using your understanding of Trade Custodian Business Model, you will manage the end to end trade settlement process. You will need to know key security instruments such as fixed income, equities, money markets or bonds in order to succeed in this role
- Manage internal and external stakeholders expectations. Ensure consistency and compliance with bank regulations
- Keeping up to date on product knowledge while keeping clients informed on timely manner and focus on strong client delivery experience
- Conduct training programmes for clients over web-based applications on a regular basis. You will train and ensure clients are competent to use the banking platform
- Attend to escalated enquiries from Customer Service Team to fix clients issues regards to internet banking platform, web-based application over email or phone. Provide analysis and feedback to business for process improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years experience in front office client servicing function within banking/financial industry in Singapore
- Knowledge of custody banking (i.e. security services, fund services) is necessary for this role
- Exceptional client servicing skills - able to consult, negotiate and liaise with clients confidently
- Comfortable to provide training over web-based application
- You are comfortable to work with complex banking system and application - i.e. SWIFT
- Available on immediate basis or short notice and keen to commit for 6 months contract
Successful candidate will be offered 6 months contract with 7 days annual leave, 14 days medical leave and medical insurance coverage
