We are seeking for a team of Collections Officers to be part of this international bank located in the east of Singapore. This is a 1-year contract role where we are seeking for a junior officer with great communications and customer-service driven mindset to join them. If you are able to start on immediate basis and keen to join a forward-moving, fast-changing and results-oriented organisation, this could be for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be making outbound calls to follow up with clients on their application process
- Reviewing of documentation and ensure timely update in the system
- Tracking and reviewing of customers applications and account related
- Provide excellent customer service experience to our customers. Remain courteous, knowledgeable and helpful at all times
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimally Diploma holder with experience in call centre or back office operations role
- Candidates with experience in banking or financial services industry will have a huge advantage but not necessary
- Strong communications skills, able to work under pressure and client-oriented
- Available on immediate or short notice and keen to commit for 1 year contract
- Only Singaporeans candidates for this role
