Ecosystem Security Delivery/Project Specialist

Role Purpose:
This role is to assist the Regional Information and Technology Security team function in leading, driving and managing project delivery of all security-initiated projects within Ecosystem Security solutions.
The role holder is expected to track and provide project updates/progress on work streams. This role is required to work with respective security function leads to prepare transition plan to operation for BAU activities.


Key Accountabilities
Performance measures
  • Security service integration and implementation
  • Security solutions integrated and delivered into digital platforms and ecosystem for LBUs and the wider organisation as per defined technical requirements and implementation timeline.
  • Supporting and enabling the team to deliver on time by co-ordinating with resources to resolve any issues or risks that are impacting project and milestone delivery.
  • Programme delivery excellence
  • Driving the digital platform and ecosystem security programme while enhancing reporting and tracking, while also adopting and embedding project delivery methodologies, such as Agile, in line with group's project delivery requirements.
  • Team leadership and management
  • Team delivering projects on-time while always striving for best practice security design and solutioning

Strategic & Commercial Acumen
  • Maintaining and managing influential relationships with key stakeholders both regionally and within LBUs
  • Key member of the Cloud Delivery Working Group and future groups relating to digital platforms and ecosystem security.

Leading Innovation & Change
  • Lead and drive complex security initiatives with timely delivery supporting Data Security, Application Security, Cloud & Infrastructure Security and Integration & Automation teams.

Customer Centricity
  • Deliver security solutions seamlessly across all LBUs

Growing Talent
  • Effective communication and project management.

Working Together
  • Work with external, internal and vendors in support of security solutions development for Prudential
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, both regionally and local business unit (LBU)
  • An excellent team player with both internal and external parties in resolving issues

Execution Excellence
  • Perform end to end security solution implementation tracking from the inception of the project, monitoring issues to closure and tracking of team project spending
  • Drive, lead and manage the delivery of technical initiatives
  • Proactive in identifying and highlighting gaps and issues in technical initiatives



Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Computer Science
  • Experience hire of 6 years and above in supporting large organization with focus on technology services and leading of large and complex projects.
  • Previous working experience with financial organization is desirable
  • Regional exposure within APAC is desirable
  • Experience in driving and managing IT projects, ensuring deliverables are met accordingly to plan schedule and requirements.
  • Project management experience is mandatory
  • Some traveling is expected due to regional exposure
