  • 8 months contract role
  • Maternity cover, but with an opportunity to be considered for other relevant roles as the team is expanding in 2022

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced partnership and program manager who will provide service and support to government, politics and non-profit partners across the region and also work cross-functionally to support internal and external programs for the partner ecosystem. This person will strengthen key partner relationships by providing external product education and training and also scale team impact and resources through regional programs. A successful Partnership and Programs Manager is detail oriented, focused on the needs and goals of partners, acumen to adapt strategy to meet evolving needs, with strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships across the across GPN ecosystem (government entities, political candidates, non-profit organizations, etc.), build trust and credibility of company and its suite of products;
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams (scaled execution team, business planning and operations, legal, and public policy teams) and ensure the group is delivering on expectations, facilitates escalations internally;
  • For internal and external programs, help create a shared vision, responsibilities, metrics, feedback loops, and other operating rhythm to foster collaboration and communication within the team and with cross-functional partners;
  • For internal and external programs, help support the full scope of projects from requirements, solution design and development, robust testing, identifying and managing risks, successful delivery and execution, and the monitoring and triaging of issues
  • For internal and external programs, monitor, and analyze workflows to scope and drive alignment on solutions and streamline workflows, opportunities for automation, and areas requiring tools enhancement to increase efficiency
  • Demonstrate value of the products as a key driver for social good and civic engagement, inform partners of new processes, policies and products and provide best practices specific to G/P/N
  • Organizational, project management, time management, and communication experience
  • Experience synthesizing issues into operational strategy, and scaling communications and processes based on learnings
  • Experience explaining technical solutions, establishing goals, developing opportunities, and providing reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the project performance
  • Ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task, and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
  • Knowledge of GPN vertical and accompanying product solutions

Your Background

  • Has 5+ years' experience in a partner or client-service role interfacing with external stakeholders
  • Experience introducing new products processes and systems to partners or clients
  • Performance marketing experience and/or brand advertising experience
  • Experience partnering with compliance and legal functions
  • BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams with the ability to partner with senior executives
  • Demonstrated experience public speaking/presenting to large groups of stakeholders
