Service Delivery Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science/IT or a related discipline.
- Must have worked in the financial asset management industry or trading function whilst performing the Service Delivery (or similar) role.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must be a self-motivator and demonstrate a drive for continuous improvement and excellence.
- Possess excellent senior stakeholder management, influencing and planning skills
- Demonstrate a proven track record of 5 years or more in service delivery, account management and managing technology operations. Service delivery must be broader than just incident, problem and change management.
- Must also possess prior experience in a technical function, application development or administrating mid-range servers, network or operations in a complex technology environment, preferably with a multi-national financial companies
- Have experience imanaging team size of 5-8 IT technical resources.
- ITIL certified (preferred)
