Technical Delivery Head
As a Technical Delivery Head, you will lead a team of engineers/leads to create and implement the future product. Working with teams on creating roadmaps with an emphasis on execution, as well as mentoring technical talent.
Job Requirements
- At least 11 years of IT experience and track record of using innovative solutions to build enterprise scale IT applications using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, IOT, B2B Marketplace
- Expertise in managing APIs based technologies like API Gateways/Design, ability to architect and implement an intuitive experience for customers using right set of latest technologies
- Ability to understand business aspects to think and analyze both functional and non-functional aspects while designing and implementing services/products
- Proven track record of defining IT strategy/transformation roadmaps and taking team along on the journey by applying design thinking aspects
- Experience in driving agile adoption with high focus on engineering & operations and Dev-sec-ops using cloud capabilities/feature
- Experience with managing medium to large team of people, including leads/managers, working across geographies and multiple projects (sub-projects or a program) is a must
- Experience building high performance & highly available enterprise scale applications catering to millions of daily traffic with 24 X 7 service stability/availability to end users/customers
- Experience in managing both external industry and internal stake holders
- Strong experience & proven track record of successfully managing project/program with exceeding expectations set for quality and time
- Strong experience managing vendors so to bring value on the table and drive cost/business transformation/efficiencies by implementing necessary KPIs
- Experience in managing enterprise scale application modernization & migration to cloud based infrastructure without any disruption to the service
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institute
