Job Description:
- Main point of contact between Client and its Affiliates on company's APAC Payroll Operations
- Manage the end to end payroll operations including purchase order request / management, vendor management, accounting & audits, etc.
- Supervise the team in following and adhering to the payroll policies, procedures and work instructions provided by Client to be compliant with payroll requirements
- Work with Finance, employees and other teams to handle payroll inquiries
- Coordinate the investigation and correction of any exception scenarios such as underpayments or overpayments
- Coordinate the preparation of any daily, monthly and annual reports such as operational metrics, reconciliations
- Support the project team in the design and implementation of global payroll improvement initiatives
Candidates should have:
- Strong payroll background in multinational companies
- Regional payroll experience
- Good communication skills
