As one of the most established financial institution, this multinational bank is now hiring VP, Implementation Manager as they have seen a demand in this area for Singapore and APAC operations. The VP will be working closely with clients and our business units in on-boarding operation and migration of activities for securities services team. We need an expert in assets transition and custody account opening who has a strong client-facing experience and ability to work in a highly collaborative setting. This role is a 1-year contract and candidate can expect to work in a diverse and fast-changing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be working closely with our business partners and clients in implementation program management. This include account opening, migrations, entitlements as well as general client support
- Project manage every implementation work initiative. Keeping stakeholders and teams well-informed, track progress, identifying loopholes and accelerate programs according to bank's compliance and regulations
- Build strong relationship and trust with clients - you will communicate effectively with our clients and ensure seamless implementation project execution on timely basis
- Lead other internal teams - i.e. fund managers, operations, tech, product management to complete each implementation program within timeframe and coordinate between teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth
- Provide update to key business leaders on progress and report. You will play an important role in ensuring business activities and objectives being tracked and met
REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree or MBA with minimally 13 years of experience in client servicing/onboarding within securities operations, global custody, fund accounting or similar trade
- Strong project management skills - PMP certified will be excellent but not necessary
- In-depth knowledge in banking products and operations related to Securities Services. Experience working for global bank/financial institute
- Great interpersonal skills, self-driven with solution driven mindset
- Keen to commit for 1-year contract
