Our client is one of the world's leading innovative technology solutions provider.
The Opportunity
As a Test Manager, you will:
- Lead the planning, monitoring and control of the testing activities and tasks
- Define common framework/approach for the overall test management process
- Create the test objectives, test strategies and test plans
- Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases and procedures
- Write summary reports
- Lead internal and external teams, and liaises across teams
- Participate on requirements review, validation and technical design review
- Determine project risks and suggest to mitigation strategy
- Draft test status reports and escalate issues
- Solve problems and suggest process enhancements
Your Background
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following skills and experience:
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tool (HP)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management background
- Preferably someone with CRM knowledge
- Familiar with Veeva application will be added advantage
- Familiar with pharmaceutical domain is not required but may be an advantage
